Policies

•  We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may 
    reduce the time of your treatment in order to insure the next client will not be delayed.

•  A Gift Certificate number or major card is required to secure a reservation for multiple spa services and/or spa parties and groups.

•  Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for groups) in order to avoid a 50% cancellation
   fee. No shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full if we are unable to rebook that time with another client.

•  For your relaxation as well as other spa guests we ask that you please turn off your cell phone.

•  Please do not bring any children under the age of 13 to the spa.
