A growing career
With over 26 years of skincare experience, Anna Churchill began her career as a professional makeup artist and licensed aesthetician in South Florida, where she had the opportunity to train under some of the country’s top dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Anna continued her career as a beauty industry consultant, teaching innovative skincare and business development to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aestheticians and spa owners in Asia, Canada and the US.
Prior to consulting, Anna had the privilege to work in product formulation and training for Clinical Skin Care companies, such as Swissline by Dermalab, NeoStrata and SkinCeuticals. She has also formulated her own line of products, Skin by Synergy, which focuses on hyperpigmentation, correction of aging, acne, and other skin conditions.
In 2004, she moved to Raleigh to found Synergy Face & Body, which began with a team of 10 providers. It has since grown to over 70 full-time employees with two locations, and through her medical service organization (MSO) company, she now oversees a state-of-the-art Plastic Surgery Practice with a private operating facility. Her med-aesthetics department is in the Top 50 accounts nationwide with Allergan, the makers of Botox, Juvederm, and CoolSculpting.
Anna is an industry consultant and a regular contributor to various magazine publications, including Midtown Magazine, Walter, Raleigh Magazine and Triangle Style Magazine. Synergy’s North Raleigh location features a modern training center where she hosts seminars and consulting courses for those seeking advancements in all things aesthetics. Anna often speaks at industry conferences and seminars, training business owners and providers on skin care/medical aesthetics and business development. She speaks on behalf of Sciton Laser Company to physicians and owners, discussing best practices for enhancing results with their superior laser technology and serves on the board for Allergan’s Partner Privileges Program.
