About Kybella

Kybella Treats:

• Double Chin
• Jawline
• Back Fat
• Armpit Fat
• Inner Knee Fat

• Around 45 minutes

• Little-to-no downtime
• Some swelling and/or bruising up to 3 weeks post-treatment

• Results are permanent, as fat cells are permanently reduced

How Kybella Works

The active ingredient in Kybella is deoxycholic acid, a naturally-occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath your chin, Kybella causes the destruction of fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat.

Benefits of Kybella

Long-Lasting Results

Kybella is a non-surgical alternative to getting rid of submental fat. Depending on the number of treatments required to achieve the patient’s goals, re-treatment with Kybella is not expected. Results can be seen in as few as 4 to 6 weeks and once your body has eliminated the fat cells, they will be gone for good with proper diet & exercise

Customized Treatment Plan

We will work with you to customize your treatment regimen for Kybella in Raleigh, including how many treatments you need based on your desired chin profile. Most patients need at least 2 treatments, but up to 6 treatments may be administered based on desired results and what is determined safe and effective.
