In order to give you the best possible experience…

  • We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed and may result in having to reschedule altogether.
  • A Gift Certificate number or major card is required to secure a reservation for multiple spa services and/or spa parties and groups.
  • Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for groups) in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full if we are unable to rebook that time with another client.
  • Due to the medical nature of our treatments, children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the spa, relaxation room or treatment rooms.
  • For your relaxation as well as other spa guests we ask that you please turn off your cell phone.
  • Because we care about your well-being we would like to let you know that receiving a massage or facial can over stimulate your immune system if you are already sick and can make you feel worse. Therefore, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, fever or the flu. In return, your therapist will not work on you if they are sick.
