In order to give you the best possible experience…

  • We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed and may result in having to reschedule altogether.
  • A Gift Certificate number or major card is required to secure a reservation for multiple spa services and/or spa parties and groups.
  • We value our providers’ time! Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or missed appointments without notification will be subject to a charge of $75 for medspa treatments and consultations, or 50% of the full price for spa services. Spa Parties are subject to additional restrictions.
  • There are age restrictions on injectables treatments that we adhere to as an organization. Botox® and Kybella patients must be 18 years of age and Juvederm patients must be 21 years or older.
  • Child Policy: As always, no minors under the age of 18 are allowed to accompany a client into the treatment room. In addition, no minors under the age of 18 will be allowed in the relaxation area or other areas of the spa unless accompanied by a guardian at all times [not the client being treated.]
  • For your relaxation as well as other spa guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone.
  • Because we care about your well-being we would like to let you know that receiving a massage or facial can over stimulate your immune system if you are already sick and can make you feel worse. Therefore, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, fever or the flu. In return, your therapist will not work on you if they are sick.
