You deposit $199 each month, it is an automatic payment, which you can use towards any service or product at Synergy. It’s your own personal beauty bank, setting aside payments that roll over so you can  plan for bigger treatments and unlock savings whenever you are ready or to use each month as you please. You will save 15% on all med spa services*, 10% on all products and more.

There is no additional fee for the membership. You will simply deposit $199 per month in your “Beauty Vault” to use as a credit however you choose towards services and products. 

The discount applies to all medical spa services and products. Weight loss services, surgical procedures and gift cards are excluded from the program discount. However, you can still purchase these with your banked credits. The membership program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless specified. It can be used with Aspire and Alle rewards and Direct to Consumer offers.

Yes, memberships are for a minimum of 6 months and then will auto-renew month-to-month.

After your 6-month commitment you may cancel any time. Upon cancellation, credits already in your Vault will remain available for use on Synergy services or products. They do not expire, even after cancellation.

Vault credits are non-refundable and can only be used for Synergy services or products.

No problem! Your Vault credits never expire. You can save them up for bigger treatments or use them when it’s convenient for you.

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to one month at a time. The expiration date of the initial term of the membership will be extended by the duration of the freeze.

When the membership is frozen, patients will not have access to the discounts or perks associated with the FAB Beauty Vault, however, they will be able to use the leftover points that are available in the patient’s account.

Vault credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

If a payment fails, your membership benefits will be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. We’ll contact you to ensure your account remains active.

You can check your Vault balance at any time by contacting us.

After the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the renewal period. This ensures uninterrupted access to your Vault and membership perks.

At this time, the FAB Beauty Vault is a single-tier program. However, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our offerings and may introduce additional options in the future.

Yes! Vault credits can be used for most promotions and specials. However, Vault discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
