Meet Lizze W., PA-C

We’re excited to welcome Lizze, PA-C, to Synergy’s Inside the Beltline location.  Lizze brings a thoughtful, honest approach to aesthetic medicine, helping every patient enhance their natural features while still looking like themselves.

We sat down with Lizze to learn more about her background, treatment philosophy and what patients can expect when they sit in her chair.

Tell us about your background in medicine.

I’ve been practicing medicine for three years and working in aesthetics for one year. I attended Saint Francis University for PA school and originally began my career in pediatrics.

Aesthetics initially started as a side hustle, but I quickly fell in love with the combination of medicine, artistry and patient relationships. It gives me the opportunity to educate patients, create personalized treatment plans and help people feel more confident.

What brought you to North Carolina?

I’m originally from Pennsylvania and have been living in North Carolina for about a year. I’ve really enjoyed making North Carolina home and becoming part of the community here.

What is your philosophy when it comes to aesthetic treatments?

Less is more. I’m not here to change anyone’s face; I want to help each patient look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Natural-looking results begin with a thoughtful assessment. I look at the face as a whole, listen to the patient’s concerns and consider both their immediate goals and their long-term treatment plan. Sometimes the best recommendation is to start slowly, build gradually or take a fresh approach.

What can patients expect during a consultation with you?

Honesty, education and a real conversation. I want patients to understand their options, including what a treatment can realistically accomplish and whether it’s the right choice for them.

Managing expectations is a major part of creating a positive experience. My role is to guide and educate, not pressure someone into a treatment. I’ll always be honest about what I recommend, what I don’t recommend and why.

What treatments are you especially passionate about?

I love Botox, particularly treatments that address the lower face. Small, strategic treatments can help create a more refreshed and balanced appearance while preserving natural expression.

I’m also passionate about comprehensive facial balancing. Instead of focusing on one isolated feature, I assess how the entire face works together. This allows us to develop a plan that supports natural-looking results now and over time.

In addition to aesthetics, I’m excited to support patients through Synergy’s GLP-1 wellness offerings. I enjoy helping patients understand their options and feel informed and supported throughout their wellness journey.

What inspires you as a woman in medicine?

Being a woman—in medicine and in life—requires confidence. You have to believe in yourself, advocate for your ideas and sometimes have the audacity to step into spaces that challenge you.

That confidence is something I also want to encourage in my patients. Aesthetic medicine isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about making informed choices that help you feel more confident as yourself.

What do you enjoy about being part of the Synergy team?

I love collaborating with the entire team. Every provider and team member brings a different perspective, area of expertise and set of strengths. Working together allows us to create more thoughtful, comprehensive experiences for our patients.

I’m always open to learning, sharing ideas and partnering with other members of the team to determine the best path forward for each patient.

Tell us something patients may not know about you.

I’m a huge animal lover! I have one dog and four cats, so animals are a very big part of my life.

I’m also bilingual and speak both English and Spanish. It’s important to me that patients feel comfortable, understood and empowered to ask questions during their visits.

Where can patients see you?

Lizze sees patients at our Inside the Beltline location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Saturday.

Whether you’re considering Botox, interested in facial balancing, exploring GLP-1 wellness or simply looking for honest guidance about where to begin, Lizze will create a personalized plan designed around you.
