Combine + Maximize Results
Breast augmentation may, in some instances, be combined with a breast lift where the patient’s goal is to simultaneously address excessive sagging and improved positioning. We offer GalaFlex internal mesh bra to help support your breast lift over time. Some breast augmentation candidates may also benefit from liposuction around the underarm, chest wall, or upper abdomen to improve the overall shape and appearance with your new breast implants.

FAQs
Breast health should be a concern for all our patients. The medical evidence is very conclusive. Dr. Hughes assures patients there is no evidence of an increase in the incidence of breast cancer among women with implants. The FDA continually conducts rigorous studies on breast implant performance.
Immediately following surgery, sensitivity may change, but generally only lasts until normal, post-surgical swelling resolves. In fact, nipples can be more sensitive for a period of time following surgery.
Breastfeeding can still be an option for women with implants. A future decision to nurse may be a consideration in incision and placement approach. As an example, the inframammary incision is generally most compatible with future breastfeeding plans; and the areola incision less so.
